Robin and Kay McMurtrie own and operate Action Golf Tours, specialising in hosting full 6-day golf and sight seeing tours for 6 people in the beautiful central South Island of New Zealand. Experience a golfing adventure,a wonderful sight seeing tour - and the holiday of a lifetime.
After being welcomed at the airport, you will be Robin and Kay's guests, enjoying the best of accommodation and southern hospitality.
For the golfers, there will be at least four games of golf with all equipment suppled, as well as professional tuition arrangeable at ever club.
Non-golfers will also receive the best of service, with many specially selected activities to experience and enjoy.
Play Millbrook (twice) in Queenstown, Chisholm Park and Otago Golf Club in Dunedin, cruise Lake Wakatipu aboard the steamship TSS Earnslaw, fly to Milford Sound and cruise the fiord - unforgetably pure scenery that will take your breath away.
A Typical Tour Itinerary
You will be met and welcomed at Queenstown Airport on a Sunday evening and travel by minicoach to Millbrook Resort. Millbrook combines luxury accommodation, majestic locations and outstanding facilities, including an 18 hole Championship golf course, spas, restaurants, health and fitness centre, swimming pool and guest services.
Day One: We begin the day with a round of golf at Millbrook Golf Course, tour the Queenstown sights, then dine at the Skyline Gondala Restaurant.
Day Two: We tee off at Millbrook in the morning, then take a wine tour, sampling the best of local vineyard produce. The perfect finish to the day is cruising Lake Wakatipu aboard the steamship TSS Earnslaw, then dining at Walter Peak High Country Farm.
Day Three: Fly to Milford Sound and cruise the fiord, returning to Queenstown four hours later.
The excitement of gaming entertainment is alive at Skycity Queenstown Casino that evening, playing Blackjack, Roulette, Midi-Baccarat and Carribean Stud Poker, as well as a wide range of gaming machines.
Day Four: Travelling to Dunedin, we tee off at Chisholm Park Club, Dunedin's premiere 18 hole championship golf course, before attending a gourmet farewell dinner.
Day Five: The last day. We golf at Otago Golf Club, then farewell you at the airport.
