There are only a few places in the world today where there are no
roads, no phones, no television and very few other people. For a trip
you will never forget, canoe down the beautiful Whanganui River with Yeti Tours. The Whanganui River meanders its way from the slopes of Mt Tongariro to the Tasman Sea through one of New Zealand's most unique National Parks. Each night you stop at one of the many campsites or huts along the way, and as you lie in your sleeping bag after a pleasant evening of food and fellowship, you can hear the haunting call of the Morepork and quite possibly the elusive Kiwi.
