Christchurch City Sightseeing - Must See Four Attractions - Christchurch, New Zealand

Four of the best things to do in Christchurch in one day! First stop is the Air Force Museum followed by a visit to the International Antarctic Center, where you can experience Antarctica! Take a ride on the Christchurch Tram which weaves through the central city and enjoy a visit to the Willowbank Wildlife Reserve.

Please note:  Due to the earthquake in Christchurch the Christchurch Tram is no longer operational until further notice. The Air Force Museum, International Antarctic Centre and Willowbank Wildlife Reserve continue to operate as per itinerary.

First stop is the Air Force Museum at Wigram, New Zealand's original Air Force base. The Attraction has 28 fully restored aircrafts together with newly refurbished static and interactive displays that dramatically enhance the visitors experience.
 
The next stop is the International Antarctic Centre, a winner of the New Zealand Tourism Board's award for 'Best Visitor Attraction'. The Centre recreates the atmosphere of Antarctica providing an interactive experience of Southern Continent.

The tour then moves on to Willowbank Wildlife Reserve contains a large variety of birds and animal life both native and introduced. You will view the kiwis in its natural habitat and can feed and pet the animals through the reserve.

Following Willowbank, enjoy the Christchurch Tram with its 2.5km of track through the central city with an interesting on-board commentary.
