You can choose from half day, full day tours, or if you have limited time a tour specially structured to your availability or desires. Your friendly bbtours New Zealand host is a "true Aucklander" and yachty, proud to bring you over 30 years of experience of Auckland.

Auckland city has many attractions. You may enjoy a trip to the summit of Mt Eden, an extinct volcano, to view the city from 700 feet, and a visit to Parnell village, renowned for shopping opportunities, and the beautiful Parnell Rose gardens. Perhaps a drive under the harbour bridge to Westhaven Marina and the RNZYS headquarters, and visit the Viaduct Harbour, while your host chats about the America's cup sailing days around these venues.
Maybe a leisurely drive around the waterfront via Tamaki Drive, stopping to enjoy the magnificent view of the Harbour and Gulf from Bastion Point. Other city interests could include a visit to the Maritime museum or Kelly Tarltons Underwater world and Antarctic experience. Or perhaps take in some of our beautiful parks and gardens; One Tree Hill, the Domain and Winter Gardens, Eden Gardens (home to NZ's largest and most varied collection of camellias, azaleas & rhododendrons.)
Let us take you to our Western suburbs, Titirangi Village in the foothills of the Waitakere Ranges, a true bush suburb, featuring art centres, and European style roadside cafes. Visit Arataki Visitors' Centre, situated high on a ridge, with breathtaking views, to learn about New Zealand's natural history. You could include a short walk through lush rainforest to view the magnificent ancient Kauri trees. Then continue to the West coast to view the stunning black sand surf beaches of Piha, Karekare or Bethells (often used as locations for award winning films.) Visit Muriwai beach, famous for its large coastal gannet colony. There are numerous top notch cafes and restaurants en route, most taking advantage of stunning scenery and views.

bbtours New Zealand recommends that visitors not familiar with Auckland take either the 3 hour Sightseeing tour or the 4 hour Wild West Tour. Both are exciting introductions to amazing Auckland.
