See Auckland Domain, a central city park sporting Auckland's Museum, then take a walk through the Winter garden, showcasing a myriad of rare and exotic plant life.
We stop in the park for our lunch, try the New Zealand fish and chips. From the park, we travel to the Parnell Village and Rose Gardens.
We explore the famous Cornwall Park, a working farm in the middle of the city, with sheep and cattle aplenty then travel west to the Aratakki Visitors Centre with your guide. On arrival, hear an overview of Auckland's topography and enjoy a short walk through the beautiful bushland. Along the way, discover native Maori carvings and enjoy panoramic views over both harbors.
Continue on to Piha Beach, nestled in the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park and widely considered among the region’s top natural attractions. Here, enjoy free time to stroll on the soft black sands, take photos of Lion Rock, and watch the surf roll in. Between November and March, perhaps visit the wild stretch of coast along Muriwai Beach and admire the gannets nesting in their colony.
