Situated on The Terrace in the heart of Wellington city are twelve beautiful self catering apartments available for nightly, short or medium term stays. Grand staircases and stained glass greet you on arrival, reflecting the grandeur of these 100 year old Victorian buildings. The Apartments The eight 1 bedroom, one studio and three 3 bedroom apartments are all beautifully appointed with their own kitchens, bathrooms and laundry. Most apartments have dishwashers. All have wireless internet access, telephones, 32" flat screen televisions with DVD and CD players. The twelve self catering apartments are located in two stunning Victorian Villas on The Terrace. Spacious and high ceilinged rooms are all beautifully furnished with tasteful period furniture and each apartment is different and unique. What they all have in common is their graciousness and homeliness. Location Wellington Villa Apartments are centrally located on The Terrace, one of Wellington's pre-eminent inner city streets. A 5 minute walk down a set of beautiful stairs takes you into the centre of vibrant Wellington - Willis St, Courtenay Place, Lambton Quay and Cuba Mall. Alternatively you can stroll down one block to the James Cook Hotel and take the lift into the city centre. Wellington Airport is 10-15 minutes drive away and a 10 minute walk has you on the steps of The Beehive, home to the Government of New Zealand. Although the apartments are located in the centre of the city, tuis are often heard singing in the old gnarled trees surrounding the apartments.
