At Black Peak View we offer our guests quality, affordable, self-contained accommodation, situated in a picturesque and rural setting, just a few minutes drive or enjoyable walk from both the lake and the Wanaka township. The world class ski areas of Cardrona, Treble Cone and the Waiorau Snow Farm are just 30 minutes away. This comfortable apartment, adjoining our european style home completed in 2004, is the perfect base for your holiday in this spectacular region.
Accommodation and Facilities
The property is constructed of energy efficient thermal block and is fully double glazed. It has a continuous gas hot water system and a heat pump/air conditioning unit ensures your comfort, whether a hot summers evening or a crisp winters day.
- One bedroom with queen sized bed (convertible sofa with sprung mattress in living area also available if required - best suited to one extra adult or 2 children).
- Bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity and toilet.
- Open plan living area with TV, DVD player and fully equipped kitchenette.
- Sliding ranch door onto large wooden deck with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities.
- Linen and towels provided (one clean set per stay, per week). Laundry facilities available on request.
- Ample private parking. Tea and coffee provided.

Come and enjoy everything wanaka and the surrounding area has to offer whatever the season! From fabulous ski-fields, walking tracks and mountain bike trails, to fishing, boating, or simply enjoying lunch and sampling world class pinot noir from one of the numerous wineries. A growing events calendar which includes arts and music festivals, annual rodeo, winter carnival, motor sport hill climb and international air show make Wanaka a truly year round destination!
