Luxury waterfront accommodation set on Blackpool Beach of the beautiful Waiheke Island – Auckland’s Paradise in the Hauraki Gulf. What makes this beach lodge unique is its quiet setting on the bay yet close proximity to all Waiheke Island holiday amenities.
Guests can catch the ferry for a day's shopping and sightseeing in Auckland city, then escape back to their Waiheke Island hideaway for a romantic and relaxing evening beside the sea.
Rooms
Four luxury guest rooms with large en-suites, open lounge and atrium area that look out over wide sea views.
Three rooms have king beds (including a bridal suite) and one room has two queen beds - all are superior quality.
Each room is meticulously set to cater for your every need, including:

Rooms are serviced daily. Turn down service includes port and chocolates to enjoy while relaxing in the evening and watching the twinkling lights across the bay. Outdoor areas include a petanque court and garden area where you can unwind in the spa, sip wine, listen to music and plan the next day's activities, or rest in the hammock under a tree with a good book.
The dining and lounge area is an architectural delight comprising floor-to-roof glass both north and south, a three-sided gas fire and adjoining library. The library holds the latest best-sellers, magazines, local publications and a wide selection of board-games and DVDs. There is a free access internet station in the library and all guest rooms are wired to enable easy access with your own laptop, or wireless broadband is available for those who want to surf from the comfort of their hammock.
Complimentary wine, fruit and nibbles are available on your arrival and you are invited to enjoy wine and canapés with your hosts and other guests in the early evening. Gourmet cooked breakfast is served in the waterfront dining room, alfresco in the garden area, or in the privacy of your own room. Picnic hampers are available for day trips to the beach, bush or Waiheke vineyards (prior notice is required please). The lodge is within walking distance of excellent Waiheke cafes and restaurants.
The lodge has wheelchair access and one room is equipped for a guest in a wheelchair.
Breakfast on the Beach lodge can also be booked exclusively for special occasions, corporate or private functions; be it a management workshop, golfing group, book club, wedding party, family celebration or black tie dinner - whatever the occasion Breakfast on the Beach is an ideal venue. Special packages can be arranged to suit your requirements.
