Welcome to Tresco Thermal Oasis Bed and Breakfast in Rotorua. We are situated on a quiet tree lined street, with off street parking, and only 2 minutes walk from town centre, shops and restaurants. We pride ourselves on offering our guests a home away from home atmosphere in warm friendly surroundings.
Come and relax after a long journey in the absolute bliss of OUR PRIVATE HOT, 100% NATURAL THERMAL MINERAL POOL, 39°C, FROM UNDER THE GROUND, or spend a day visiting some of the many attractions and activities Rotorua has to offer.
Tresco was built in 1925 as a family home and became a bed and breakfast establishment in the late 1960's.We have one of the only private, 100% Thermal Mineral Pools, where the wonderful hot mineral water comes directly from underground. We provide a quality B&B , where cleanliness and character are paramount, and Tresco Thermal Oasis B&B is the Rotorua Tourists safe haven. Value, location, hospitality and warmth of care are the objects of this B&B.

We offer you a warm welcome to our lovely home.
Tresco Rotorua B&B has 6 guest rooms. We combine the old NZ home outside, with the most modern inside, but maintaining the 1920's period. Some high ceilings (some with paintings) and English 1920's Grandfather clock, add to the appeal of the home. All rooms are very comfortable, thermally heated, very clean and smoke free.
Our double rooms have double or queen beds, each with its own ensuite. A king room has a private bathroom facility. Our twin rooms have either ensuite or private bathroom facility, and our single rooms have hand basin in the room and share a shower/toilet facility.
All beds have electric blankets for your comfort. All rooms are lockable for your personal security. Fresh towels are supplied every day, and room service can be provided on request.
Complimentary refreshments and a large TV are available in our large guest lounge, together with a small fridge to store you snacks and/or drinks.
Tresco Breakfast
Your day at Tresco begins with a breakfast of cereals, juice, fruit, and selection of breads, and for those with a hearty appetite will enjoy bacon and eggs. Scrambled or poached eggs for those with smaller appetite are also offered. Filter coffee and breakfast or herbal tea round off your meal.
Breakfast is always a pleasant time our guests enjoy chatting and exchanging ideas and suggestions on what to see and do during their Rotorua stay.
On your arrival at Tresco we will supply you with a map and show you some of the many interesting attractions and activities there are to see in the Rotorua area. We also make reservations for any tours or cultural evenings you may wish to visit either before or on your arrival.
