Under new ownership since Nov. 2009, this Qualmarked 4 Star accommodation, offers quiet, clean and comfortable apartments in a peaceful residential Street 125 metres away from the main Motel Strip and close to the CBD.

We are close to the the lakes and the Redwood forest we welcome all tourists, mountain bikers, fishermen, golfers, hikers and sightseers. We provide free secure storage for your valuable equipment and look after you like one of our family. Our office is open from 7:30 until late to book your tours or attractions or just provide you the benefit of our local knowledge.

We have 16 beautifully appointed apartments with all the conveniences and comforts of home. All our modern apartments are self contained, centrally heated and serviced daily. A continental or fully cooked breakfast is available each day at a small addition charge.

Your Hosts
We, your hosts Ian and Jyl Morrison, have had many years of creative and business experiences from re-developing a 520 acre farm to pioneering the commercial use of the famous swamp kauri timber. Our determination is to provide a haven of comfort, peace and quiet, with a touch of luxury for our guests, that exceeds their expectations. Also to provide a service that is second to none, always endeavouring to go the extra mile to enable folk to make the most of their time here in Rotorua. Connecting with our guests and treating them with friendship and respect is a priority.
