Welcome to Robertson House Bed and Breakfast in Rotorua. Step into a charming jewel of Rotorua history and a really warm welcome in one of the most exciting corners of the country where nature (15 beautiful lakes, erupting geysers, volcanoes… ) is intimately linked to the Maori heritage.
Built in 1905 by one of Rotorua's forefathers, historic Robertson House has been painstakingly and beautifully restored and renovated under the auspices of the Historic Places Trust, and now provides you with a delightful Bed and Breakfast experience.
Relax in its warm comfortable atmosphere, or take time out on the verandah and enjoy our old English cottage garden resplendent with colour and fragrance, citrus trees and grape vines.
Your friendly host John is more than happy to help you discover all the natural beauty of the region such as the spectacular geothermal sites, and all the various sightseeing attractions.
Accommodation
We have five spacious rooms available, offering all the modern comforts, and all have en suite bathrooms. All rooms have wireless internet access.
All rooms are tastefully and beautifully decorated in keeping with the house's colonial charm, and the tariff includes a delicious continental breakfast.

Rotorua is also famous for its trout fishing, golf, and of course the hangi, a traditional Maori dinner, usually accompanied by a most enjoyable concert of song and dance.
