Location
Only 10 minutes from the city centre and close to many major tourist attractions. Nowhere else in New Zealand will you find such a diverse range of activities and attractions.

Accommodation
Going on holiday with family and friends. Wanting space to spread out, where you can all sit down to dinner together or lounge about without feeling cramped, then this is the place for you. The main lodge can sleep 12 people and is extremely comfortable and functional without everyone tripping over each other. Whatever your travelling style (backpacker, bed and breakfast, self catering) we can accommodate your needs.

- Country suite - fully self contained (sleeps 2)
- Garden room - semi self contained (sleeps 2/3)
The Main Lodge
Has two lounge areas with full kitchen / dining facilities, and 3 bunkrooms accommodating up to 12 people. One large lounge and one smaller lounge is ideal for reading, a bit of quiet time, or even a kids play area. A cosy wood burning fire keeps you warm in the winter months, and large french doors open to a sunny barbecue area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave allowing you to do your own cooking if desired. Two 8 seat dining tables provide plenty of room for group dining.
There is a large bathroom which has twin basins, two separate showers, two separate toilets, heated towel rails, and washing facilities If your group is larger than 12 there is also the option of booking the other two rooms as well. Enquire about our special group rates

The Country Suite
This is a very sunny warm room with large picture windows looking out over neighbouring farmland and Mt Ngongotaha with the bonus of a large window seat for snuggling up with a good book and a glass of wine in the sunshine.
The Country Suite has its own separate entrance and is self contained with a kitchenette with sink, fridge, hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, toaster and kettle. There is a comfy king size bed, spacious ensuite and dining table for two. All linen provided.
Tariff $110 per night
The Garden Room
Is an older style room with a double and a single bed and ensuite. It has a separate entrance, fridge / freezer, microwave and kitchen table set up with toaster and kettle. Private garden and BBQ area. All linen provided.
Tariff $80 per night
There are large lawn areas for children to burn off some of that excess energy, to have a friendly game of rugby, cricket, soccer, petanque, or to simply relax under the shade of a magnificent walnut tree.
