Holdens Bay Top 10 Holiday Park and Conference Centre, the ideal place to stay and play when you visit Rotorua. We have a variety of accommodation choices to offer you, from fully equipped and serviced park motels, to basic cabins and plenty of powered camp sites for your tent, caravan or motor home. Whether you are after budget accommodation or all the comforts of home, we have it here. We have 52 powered sites - all spacious, grassy sites nestled amongst mature trees. Bring your motor home, tent, caravan or pop-top and have a great holiday with us! We are a perfect base for exploring Rotorua's awesome cultural, natural and adventure attractions, just a 10 minute drive from Rotorua's city centre. Of course, there's plenty of fun to be had right here at our holiday park too! Enjoy our games room and TV lounge with its two large sun decks, and relax in our large swimming pool or one of our private hot pools. The calm blue waters of Holdens Bay are just a 5 minute stroll from your accommodation - a beautiful place for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, boating or just enjoying the views across the lake. Park Facilities: If you are camping here, or staying in one of our cabins, you'll enjoy using our park kitchen - clean and bright, well equipped with plenty of space. Just outside the kitchen, you'll find a lovely covered BBQ area underneath mature trees which provide plenty of shade. Guests love our swimming pool - a large 7 metre long, 5 metre wide pool which we always keep nice and clean. After a great day out at the lake, or experiencing all the adventure of Rotorua, come 'home' to our holiday park and relax in one of our private hot swirl pools. Heated to a gorgeous 37 degrees Celsius, you'll be in heaven! You will find the main ablutions block in the very centre of the park, always a short stroll from wherever your site or accommodation is. Showers are free, and our guests often compliment us on how light and clean our bathrooms are. Kids will enjoy playing for hours on our swings, rocket slide and adventure playground. We also have two trampolines - the safest design possible, without ordinary springs and surrounded by a soft mesh 'cage' so no one can fall off the trampoline. The games and TV area has Sky TV, pool, air hockey, pool table, 4 spacie machines and 4 computers set up for internet and email. The whole park is has wireless internet for your personal laptop, and we have TVs available for hire. Conference Facilities Our fully equipped conference centre and catering facility is available to groups (up to 45 people) who require exclusive use for conferences, group meetings, team building, dining purposes and more. Whiteboard, easel, OHP, TV and video, and a data (multimedia) projection screen are supplied. Our facility is also a wireless internet hotspot. | |||||||
