With just four guest rooms you can be sure of personal attention in a genuine Kiwi family home. The delightful difference is your New Zealand born hosts. Steve is a great personality, Katherine a superb cook, together with their two children they enjoy entertaining guests from around the world.

Facilities

Make yourself comfortable in the very spacious living rooms over looking Lake Rotorua; chat to other guests, join Katherine with your needlework (she loves patchwork) or write your postcards in a quiet corner. With a selection of DVDs, games, books and magazines you can find information and entertainment.

The home is centrally heated, with a wood fire as a warm focus in the living room. Opening off the living room is the dining room where breakfast is served each morning (and dinner by arrangement). Wide windows give both rooms a great view of the lake and at night the lights of Rotorua shine across the water.

The spa pool is in a sheltered courtyard with a view to Lake Rotorua; always available, it is a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Catering

Would you like to stay in and enjoy a dinner prepared specially for you? Katherine is an experienced and happy cook and she welcomes the chance to entertain guests with good Kiwi cooking

At $180-$200 Double per night the bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable All the rooms are well lit and spacious, each bedroom has a well appointed bathroom opening off (en suite). ROOMS ARE SERVICED DAILY
