124 on Brunswick was purpose built as a B&B in 2003. This architectually-designed and award-winning Kiwi Homestead is set in 2 acres of rural Brunswick Park. We can easily be found just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city centre of Rotorua by car.
Luxury Bed & Breakfast Accommodation:
Each of the three en-suite guest bedrooms, one king size bedroom and two queen size bedrooms, are cosy, warm and well appointed with the emphasis on style, comfort and freshness. Within each of the bedrooms are double doors opening out to a wrap-around covered verandah, the garden and the vista beyond. Adjoining the guest bedrooms is the reading room, a place for quiet contemplation, a great selection of reading material, a workstation for sending and receiving emails via wireless broadband. The reading room has a fully equipped kitchenette for those midnight snacks!
