Evergreen Lodge provides a unique accommodation experience in Queenstown - combining the comfort and warmth of a lakeside inn with the elegance and sophistication of a boutique hotel.
Originally constructed as a substantial private residence, the property has been extensively renovated to provide spacious accommodation and facilities for up to eight guests. Décor is contemporary and tasteful, the ambience relaxed and inviting.
Against the backdrop of a leafy, cobbled courtyard the main lounge features a large stonework fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the spectacular lake and mountain views. The adjacent kitchen and dining area opens on to a large deck overlooking the garden and lake - a perfect spot to soak up the scenery and breathe in the fresh alpine air. Facilities include a library, high-speed Internet, Sky TV, gym, off-street parking, in-house laundry service.
Breakfast at Evergreen will inspire with its presentation, variety and flavors. The daily menu features seasonal local produce and ingredients, organic when available.

First course:
Home-made honey-toasted granola served with fresh fruit salad and organic yoghurt
or
Toasted coconut loaf topped with fresh berries and a dollop of crème fraiche
Second course:
Pan-fried Portobello and potato stack served with smoked salmon and a fried egg
or
Organic omelette topped with marinated feta, cherry tomatoes and rocket (arugula)
The Guest Rooms
Peace and privacy is assured at Evergreen Lodge where there are just four luxury guest rooms - all with remarkable lake and mountain views.
Each of the tastefully decorated guest rooms has a super king or king size bed and en suite with separate bath and shower. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with furniture crafted from native New Zealand timbers and quality, contemporary furnishings.
Facilities include telephone, TV/VCR or DVD, Sky TV, CD player, mini bar fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, bathrobes, extra pillows, toiletries, double wardrobe, full-length mirror, writing desk and sofa.
Tariff:
1 October 2007 to 30 September 2008 NZ$695 per room per night
1 October 2008 to 30 September 2009 NZ$745 per room per night
Triple rate available upon request and subject to availability.
