If you're seeking a central location in Queenstown, look no further than The Lofts, located in the heart of the township just metres from Steamer Wharf. Or if you're still on a high from that pure mountain air, venture out to explore the town's wide choice of critically acclaimed restaurants, cafes and bars. We have a unique and superb location in Queenstown's dress circle with most units enjoying magnificent lake and mountain views, yet we are only a two minute stroll to the very heart of Queenstown with its delicious restaurants, excellent shopping and wonderful activities. We are a relatively small complex with 9 self contained units, offering boutique accommodation to discerning travelers at an affordable level. We personally know many of the tour operators, restaurants and retailers and will be happy to offer advice. We hope to help make your visit to Queenstown a wonderful and memorable experience. Guest Accommodation: With views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain ranges, The Lofts offers a range of accommodation options ranging from comfortable studios to fully self-contained two and three bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities. Apartments are serviced mid-weekly, and a full service is given every 7 days. Facilities: We provide a range of facilities to make your stay, easier and more relaxing with guest sauna and spa, laundry and wireless internet, fax & email services, as well as our information & tour booking desk. Car Parking: Some car parking in front, also a public car park building access behind. Distances: The most central accommodation in Queenstown, metres to the Lake front, cafes and shops. Accommodation Options: Studio Units - Ground level studio with courtyard, one bathroom, kitchen, dining area, laundry and Sky TV. With either a Queen bed or Queen and single. Studio 101 - Street side studio, this is smaller than the other studios and is the most affordable. 1x Queens bed, kitchen / lounge / dining. Family 2 Bedroom Villas - Street frontage, split level, two bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry and Sky TV. We have 3 of these each with different configuration options; 1x queen + 2x singles or 1x queen, +1x double and one or two singles. Family 3 Bedroom Villas - Street frontage, split level, two double/queen bedrooms downstairs with a large loft room upstairs with 4 single beds. Two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining area and Sky TV. Lake View 2 Bedroom - Lake and mountain views with balcony, two bedroom, two bathrooms. Very spacious living with open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry and Sky TV. Lake View 3 Bedroom - Lake and mountain views with balcony, three bedroom, two bathrooms.
