Located just 55 minutes from Auckland CBD and International Airport in the heart of the Waitakere ranges close to Karekare and Piha Beaches, Lone Kauri Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the many walking tracks in the ranges, relaxing after a day at the beach or watching the sun set over the Tasman Sea.
If you are from overseas then relax with us after your long journey before setting off to see the rest of our wonderful country or reflect on your visit before the trip home.
Our guest accommodation comprises two well appointed bedrooms one with queen bed and the other with twin king singles, each with ensuite shower and toilet, and a spacious guest lounge.
Room rates include continental breakfast which can be served either in the guest lounge, on the deck outside your bedroom or in our central living area - it's up to you. A cooked breakfast can be provided for a small additional charge
We will provide dinner, lunch or packed lunches by arrangement. If you want to do your own BBQ then our guest BBQ is available at no extra charge.
We are pet and particularly dog friendly.
