Rosemary and Peter welcome you to Marineland Heritage House B&B. Built in 1920s for the local Picton doctor, the homestead retains much of its original charm. Marineland Heritage House B&B is centrally located in Picton just a few minutes stroll from the picturesque waterfront overlooking the Marlborough Sounds and town centre.
We welcome those travelling alone or with friends. The pool is an ideal spot to meet others and relax in the evening sun with a fine Marlborough wine, or you may choose to catch up on the day's news and events in the guest lounge with internet access and satellite TV.
Guest Accommodation and Facilities
All our downstairs rooms have ensuites and TV, with upstairs rooms sharing bathroom facilities. The breakfast room is located beside the guest lounge, where you can enjoy a complimentary "Picton Breakfast" (includes fruit, choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice, pot of tea, fresh coffee, toast and spreads with gluten/wheat-free option available). House suitable for children 13 years and over.
