Situated in a quiet suburb atop Bluff Hill in Napier, Villa Vista is a beautiful turn of the century Edwardian villa just 15mins walk (3mins drive) down to the city centre. With comfortable rooms this is a great place to relax, have a wander around Hawkes Bay, learn about Napier with it's Art Deco Culture or visit fantastic vineyards and taste the local wines. The home itself is believed to have been built circa 1900. The stylish entrance with it's original stained glass windows provide a testament to the craftsmanship of the era. Due to Villa Vista's location, you can be playing golf, wining & dining either in the city or at a renowned winery or country pub within minutes. You are close to rivers and beaches, boats to charter, adventure activities, gliding, hang-gliding, jet-boating, horse-riding & gannet tours. 10mins walk from the house [through Sturm's Gully] is Bluff Hill, offering panoramic views across the bay. A sumptuous, multifarious breakfast is served in the spacious dining room downstairs. The menu, which changes on a daily basis, has much of the produce sourced from the Hawkes Bay locale: much of it very local indeed! Accommodation and Guest Rooms The upstairs of the home has been specifically designed to accommodate our guests. All 3 rooms being spacious, with stunning sea views to Cape Kidnappers . They are private and all with their own ensuites, tea/coffee making facilities, television, bath robes, toiletries, hair dryer and air conditioning. Each room has both lounge and dining seating. The Oak Room offers separate bathroom and separate shower. The Balcony room offers a lovely balcony with amazing views, and the Long room offers a queen bed and a single bed.
