Glentanner Park is the holiday park centre and the only fully equipped campground and campervan park in the Mount Cook region.
Glentanner is set amongst a working sheep station, with panoramic views of Mt Cook and Mt Cook National Park.
Glentanner Park is the complete Mount Cook experience, with awesome outdoor adventure activities for all. Adventure activities include flightseeing, helicopter flights with snow landings, horse trekking, glacier trips, 4WD argo tours, heli-skiing, fishing, hunting, ice climbing and leisure walks.
Glentanner Park also offers fantastic accommodation to suit all budgets.
Accommodation and Facilities
Comfortable self contained tourist cabins, large standard cabins, basic cabins, and powered campervan and tent sites with large shared facilities. Our holiday park and camping ground is ideal for couples, families, backpackers, groups, campervans and campers.
We have WiFi in the holiday park.
Glentanner Park has fantastic facilities, including a large kitchen, dining area, TV lounge with Sky TV, laundry and a wonderful indoor / outdoor BBQ pavilion.
Glentanner Park Licensed Cafe
Our licensed cafe compliments your stay. Sit back and enjoy the world renown scenery over a cup of coffee or glass of beer or wine. Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch all year round, and evening dining in the summer months.
Office/Reception Facilities
Visitor Information Centre - our friendly staff will help you with bookings for activities, transport and accommodation in Mount Cook and throughout New Zealand. We have 2 Internet computers (coin operated), WIFI connection and a payphone. There is also a Merino Retail Souvenir Shop.
Glentanner Park is adjacent to Mount Cook National Park and is located within easy reach of South Island cities and tourist destinations:
