Summer's Cottage is a tidy, well maintained Manapouri home located right opposite the lake and Doubtful Sound departure point.
This lovely family friendly home has a private garden at the front of the house with opening doors into the living area, and a BBQ area at the back of the house set in a well hedged private garden. Summers Cottage is fully fenced with stunning mountain views. All rooms are well lit with opening doors and windows.
There are three bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, and two bathrooms. The double room is off the bunk room with large fully opening windows out to the front garden, and an opening door onto the driveway. The Queen room with ensuite is located off the living area and has sliding doors and opening windows. The Queen room and bunk room have a tv and dvd while the living room has a TV, DVD and Freeview TV.
The open plan kitchen, dining living area has a most effective log fireplace with winter fuel supplied. Additional electrical heating is available if required. This family friendly home has games, DVDs and books.
Summer's Cottage is a moments walk to the Doubtful Sound departure and there are spectacular Fiordland mountain views from the house. Its moments walk to Lake Manapouri shores, its great walking tracks, the town store, restaurants and petrol station.
