The Gardens Winner of the Nor-West Garden of the Year in 2008, and runner up in 2009 and 2010, Willows Reach has beautiful tranquil gardens to wander around during your weekend retreat or for a New Zealand country experience. Our gardens also offer you a picture perfect backdrop for your wedding photos or an affordable venue for small wedding ceremonies. Visit our friendly donkeys on your way to the boatshed by the creek. Guest Accommodation The guest suite is above a tranquil small lake. It has its own private access, garden, decks and jetty. Be our exclusive guests as we only have the one queen-size suite, and wander around our landscaped five acres of grounds with award winning gardens and rustic outbuildings. Relax in our unique large room which is painted dark green with lovely warm rimu wood paneling. All the wooden furniture has been hand made by a local manufacturer and is also rimu which is a native timber of New Zealand. This romantic room is in a fishing lodge theme giving you a true kiwi experience. The very comfortable queen-size bed has quality linen and woollen blankets in summer and down blankets in winter plus an electric blanket. Luxury robes are also provided.For your comfort and convenience, there is a 2 seater leather couch, coffee table, desk and large window seat.The suite has a 32 inch LCD TV, iron and ironing board, and a gas heater. The ensuite has a large tiled shower, there is underfloor heating, with heated towel rail and also a demister on the mirror. The shower has satin jet with 3 different settings. We also provide a hairdryer and eco-friendly toiletries for your use. We offer you complimentary:
