If you are looking for stunning views, peace and tranquility and good hosts, then you have found Palm View House, a brand new luxury boutique Bed and Breakfast, which has won a Bronze medal for House of the Year 2008. Set in beautiful Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands, all set in 1 acre of beautiful gardens, yet only 2 minutes from the centre of Kerikeri Village, which has many great cafes, restaurants, also the Stone Store and Mission House 2 of the oldest buildings in New Zealand.
Accommodation
The accommodation consists of 3 luxury ensuite rooms with fantastic views of the Kerikeri Inlet and a deck area outside each room where you can just relax with drinks and soak up the Bay of Island sunshine. It's the perfect place to unwind from a day's sightseeing! All suites have their own ensuite, very comfortable king-sized beds, 100% cotton sheets, very tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee are provided in all suites, together with a fridge, safe, air conditioning, and many more luxuries. You can wake up to freshly brewed coffee, and warm croissants, brought to your suite if required.
Facilities
In-room facilities include fridge, iron and ironing board, heated towel rail, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, luxury robes, fluffy towels, TV's DVD/CD player, alarm clock, tea and coffee facilities, and all toiletries in the bathrooms.
We offer a laundry service at $10.00. per load, dried, washed and folded.
Breakfast Breakfasts are a real speciality. You may either choose a continental, or fully cooked, you have the choice of cereals, fresh fruit, and toast and home made jams. Or try one of Judy's English/New Zealand breakfasts that will set you up for the day.
Things to Do
Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands has a wonderful subtropical climate, with warm humid summers and mild winters. There are a range of excellent galleries, fine restaurants and great cafes. The region has stunning coastlines with dense native forests and there endless things to see and do including;

Your Hosts
Judy and Tony operated a Lodge in Taupo for 5 years very successfully. They have now chosen the Bay of Islands to start a new venture. Judy and Tony are originally from Devon England, but now have made their life in New Zealand,Bay of Islands (along with two cats, Gemma and Sooty).
