Awake refreshed and begin your day with a dip in the heated pool at your doorstep! The Poolhouse, fabulous apartment style accommodation, is located at Broadeaves Bed and Breakfast in Waikanae and is self-contained with ensuite and kitchenette.
Sliding doors open onto the heated salt water swimming pool. Step inside and enjoy the spacious feel of the cathedral ceiling, polished wooden floors, top quality furnishings, cotton sheets, and a selection of New Zealand art work.
Marble dining room table for two, and suede couch add to your comfort. Small kitchenette has fridge, microwave and small appliances. Continental breakfast provisions, tea and coffee, and snacks for your enjoyment. If you would like to join our other guests at the main house for a cooked breakfast in the dining room then this can be arranged.
Complimentary fruit platter, wine and cheese, special chocolates. Continental breakfast includes orange juice, cereals, yogurt, fruit salad, bread or pastries, ground coffee and a selection of teas.

The Poolhouse Rates
Tariff $200 per night for two adults including continental breakfast.
Or $225 per night with full cooked breakfast provisions.
Upon booking, please advise which breakfast option you would prefer.
The Poolhouse is unsuitable for children.
Check in 3pm and check out 11am.
Pool is heated to 27°C from October through March.
