Raumati Sands Resort offers 21 two bedroom luxury apartments on the Kapiti Coast. Only 100 metres from the beach, the complex is ideal for those wanting to stay near Kapiti Island and explore all that the Kapiti Coast has to offer. We are only a 40 minute drive from Wellington City and the Interislander Ferry. Relax in the boutique atmosphere of Raumati Village shops, with restaurants and cafes only a minute's walk away. World rated Paraparaumu Beach Golf Links are five minutes away. Each apartment is two storied and the size of a small house; it's so much more than you would expect from a motel! Facilities Some apartments have sea views, overlooking Kapiti Bowling Club and Marine Gardens Reserve. The resort also has a heated swimming pool and hot tub with sun loungers and a BBQ area. Each apartment is designed and furnished to luxury 5-star specifications. The two bedrooms on the upper level of your apartment have a king size bed and two single beds respectively, with their own balcony.
