Austin Heights is surrounded with prize-winning gardens which glows with colour most of the year around. Guests enjoy strolling around or just relaxing in the garden setting. At the end of your fun-packed day you may like to indulge in our Luxury Hydrotherapy outdoor Spa and admire our beautiful night sky. We are within walking distance to to the Seal Colony which is one of the most visited points in New Zealand, and the beachfront is a 10-minute walk from Austin Heights. Guest Accommodation Austin Heights offer three spacious and private self-contained apartments with all the comforts of home, plus our new Mountain and Roses room, which is a private bedroom & bathroom in your hosts home. The Deluxe Mount Fyffe & the Coastal View Apartments are spacious self-contained units upstairs, with sunny balconies with panoramic views of the Kaikoura Mountain Ranges and the Pacific Ocean & coastline. The Garden and Mountain View Apartment is self-contained and is situated on the ground level, and opens out to a private garden and lawn area with a nice outlook of the Mountains & rural land. Outside table & chairs provided.
