It is just 20 minutes from Napier city and 10 minutes from Hastings. Guest Accommodation Recently fully renovated using an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings, 35 River Road can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. There are two beautifully appointed king bedrooms both with ensuites, each bedroom accessing its own private terrace. Architecturally designed and built in 1998 to maximize Hawke's Bay sunny climate the building faces north east. For your comfort, winter warmth is provided by a wood burning fire in the main living room and augmented throughout the house with a central heating system. In the main living room French doors open onto a large enclosed terrace surrounded with flowering wisteria, grapes and established trees. Here you can lie back; enjoy a barbeque and glass of the region's finest while taking in the spectacular river valley scenery unique to Hawke's Bay. Guest Facilities
