Welcome to Titoki Boutique Accommodation, unique and personal luxury accommodation situated north of the city of Hamilton, in the heart of the Waikato Region. Opened in March 2009 and designed by a New Zealand architect in conjunction with David Reid Homes Waikato 2009, Titoki Boutique Accommodation combines the character of original design with a contemporary New Zealand flair. This exclusive bed and breakfast has been designed with the discerning guests in mind. Titoki Boutique Accommodation is the perfect base from which to explore everything that Hamilton and the mighty Waikato has to offer on your New Zealand vacation, romantic weekend, or corporate visit. Located on the eastern side of the Waikato River, north of the city, making it central to most North Island destinations. Guest Accommodation and Facilities Titoki's luxury guest wing consists of two well-appointed suites; both queen sized bedrooms have their own ensuite with under floor heating, bath robes, toiletries and soft bath towels. The modern suites are furbished to the highest standard with an emphasis on style, elegance, comfort and privacy. Experience luxurious linen by Bianca Lorenne and turndown bed service in the evening. There is on-site parking, a selection of complimentary teas, coffee and cookies and wireless internet facilities for guest use.
Continental Breakfast or Cooked Breakfast is available til 10.00am (served at the dining table or alfresco, weather permitting) - if you wish a full cooked breakfast please confirm on arrival. We cater for any special requests or dietary requirements. Guests have exclusive access to their own lounge and dining room overlooking the northern garden. The dining room and lounge extends to a sheltered portico offering peace, privacy and quiet. On cooler evenings, the lounge fireplace offers warmth and comfort. Your hosts John and Jude Bowen will provide excellent care to create a relaxing pampered experience. Your Hosts Jude and John look forward to welcoming you to their home.
