Newly built right on the doorstep of Gisborne’s bustling Marina is the Marinaview Apartment Complex which features 23 stunning new luxurious apartments and houses the new Gisborne Conference Center and mini-theatre.
Gisborne is the Chardonnay Capital of NZ,and is almost the sunniest place in NZ. Internationally acclaimed for it’s wine, winemakers and vineyards. Gisborne is also known for it’s sumptuous horticultural produce, miles and miles of white beaches, great surf and vast forestry tracts.

The Marinaview Apartments are a touch of class with 23 one, two & three bedroom luxury apartments featuring European designer kitchens, superb home theatre comforts, leather lounges and modern bathrooms.
We cater to the longer stayer, the traveler or busy corporate person who wishes to stay just a tad longer than normal to enjoy the delights of Gisborne. We have a three night minimum stay in a choice of 1,2 & 3 bedroom Apartments.
The complex sits on the banks of the Turanganui River and offers stunning views over the Port, Marina and out to Young Nicks Head. The apartments are adjacent to the city’s premium accommodation and are located a mere two minute walk to Gisborne’s best cafes and bars and about a three minute walk to the CBD.
The Conference Center offers a flexible event venue which can be divided into large or small areas to suit any conference requirement. We have combinations of seven areas catering for conferences and meetings up to 305 people. In addition we have created an exclusive mini-theatre, perfect for sporting functions, lectures, product launches and movie evenings.
The premises offer proximity tag access control and CCTV security. Undercover parking is available to our resident guests and can be made available for Conference attendees.
Resident guests enjoy comfort and privacy in their spacious and modern apartments and delight in their own private lap pool, sundeck, gym and our genuine swedish sauna. Watch magnificent sunrises and sunsets from your own private balcony.
3 nights stays receive free continental breakfast voucher per person.
7 night stays receive one free continental breakfast and one free dinner voucher per person, plus one free Limo Picnic up Kaiti Hill with spectacular views of Young Nicks Head.
DISCOUNTED RATES
For guests who wish to stay 3 months or more, they will receive a discounted rate of $80 per night.
For guests who wish to stay more than 7 nights will receive a discounted price of $100 per night.
