Grandview is one of Dunedin's oldest listed Mansions dating back to the 1860's. Open to guests for a lovely Bed & Breakfast experience with spectacular views of Otago Harbour, surrounding hills and coastline, and the charm of Dunedin's heritage. Just a short stroll to the City Centre, Cafes, Restaurants and Bars, this makes Grandview a convenient location for guests.
Grandview is family owned & operated by Simon, Sarah & Trish Clausen. We look forward to meeting all guests whether the occasion is holiday, business or something special, we will always try our best to give you a homely experience. From Luxury Spa Suites to Comfy Queen rooms, we have a good variety for all guests.

Guest Accommodation
At Grandview we offer seven stylish individually decorated bedrooms. From our Premium Spa Suites to Deluxe Bedrooms, we have rooms to suit any budget.
Enjoy our premium room, the Grandview Spa Suite, with fabulous views from the bay windows and leather armchairs, and private ensuite with shower and 2 person spa.
Our Mahogany Spa Suite and Colonial Spa Suite are lovely honeymoon style rooms, with mahogany hand crafted 4 poster beds and private open plan ensuites with showers & 2 person Spa.
Grandview is Unique, as guests have their own private wing of the building, with guest kitchen, lounge with satellite TV, dining room, laundry facilities, sauna, wi-fi, large deck with BBQ & stunning views, free internet access from computer room, all giving you space to unwind.

Grandviews dining room features ornate plaster ceilings,100 year Old Leadlight filters the morning sun, stunning polished wood floors and an array of fine antique and contemporary furniture for your enjoyment!
Spoil yourself each morning with our scrumptious all you can eat Continental breakfasts in front of the fire. Afterwards laze about in our comfortable chairs reading the paper or taking in the wonderful view of Otago Harbour.
