Get up close with some farm animals, help out with activities around the farm or simply enjoy a glass of wine whilst taking in the lovely countryside.
If you are stopping in for the day or staying over night there is plenty to see and do.
In summer head to the beach only 15 minutes away and take in the breathtaking blue of the Pacific Ocean.
Their are two fabulous rivers close by, the mighty Waimakariri which offers Jet Boating rides, and the meandering Ashley River, best enjoyed from Ashley Gorge 15 minutes up the road!
Your hosts Pete and Gaye will ensure you have a truly memorable KIWI experience.
Let Pete take your on a tour of the farm, watch his dogs round up the sheep before showing you how to shear one. Then enjoy a good ole kiwi BBQ and maybe a glass of wine.
If you are staying the night sit back and enjoy a meal and see some of the best skies in the world for stargazing before retiring to your room.
The house is less than a year old and can accommodate up to 9 people. Children are welcome.
Gaye can also pick you up from Christchurch Interntional or Domestic Airport if you need a ride.
