There is easy bus access to Christchurch city and on site car parking. Set in park-like gardens full of native plants, trees and birds, with spacious suites, sumptuous fabrics and stylish furnishings throughout you can relax and be spoilt.
Our spacious and newly refurbished suites have pocket sprung king beds for exceptional comfort, fresh crisp linens, a choice of comfortable pillows and luxurious bathrobes. The suites are sumptuously decorated with comfortable lounge chairs or a sofa and views to gardens. Suites are equipped with flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. All suites have luxury en-suite bathrooms, some with baths as well as showers. Air conditioning is available in three of our suites.
Food and drink are essential pleasures. At Langdon House you'll find a blend of high quality ingredients and personal service. We aim to deliver something individual to you, something which reflects our love of food. For breakfast, experience fresh local and organic ingredients, on site cured salmon and bacon, home-made preserves, organic eggs from Glencroft Down and more to make sure you experience the best in New Zealand food.
Our four course evening meal showcases some of the wonderful produce that New Zealand has to offer. Our "Taste of New Zealand menu" uses local seasonal produce and you get to enjoy a sampler style meal with a choice of two mains served for you to taste and enjoy. Dinner is an intimate experience, enjoy a meal to remember.
The delightful guest lounge is a special place to unwind and chat, with comfortable sofas and chairs and views over the gardens. French doors open to the deck under the traditional veranda where you can relax over a glass of wine or cup of coffee, listen to the birds and soak up the views. Our large gardens are full of beautiful native plants and trees, a wonderful place to stroll around after a busy day.
