Beaufort House at No 2 Latimer Square was built during 1916-1917 in an Arts & Crafts style, with distinctive Gothic arches and a castellated parapet over the front door entrance. This stunning heritage property has been restored to its original Edwardian elegance, and furnished with antiques of the era. The upstairs offers luxury accommodation with ensuite facilities. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with views overlooking Latimer Square. The property is only a five minute walk to Cathedral Square and close to all central city amenities. Guest Accommodation Enjoy our luxury accommodation - perfect for honeymoon stays, overseas travellers, business accommodation, corporate events and business seminars. All rates include breakfast. Beaufort Suite The Beaufort Suite is our premier suite, and we hope you enjoy this lovely suite with a sunroom and expansive views of Latimer Square. This suite is very spacious, with 2 Queen size beds, a seperate sunroom off the main room, and lovely garden views. Langtry Suite The Langtry Suite is a feminine 'Boudoir', a spacious light luxurious feminine room with salmon pink tonings, and a Queen size bed. Alexandra Suite A lovely room with a bay window with views over Latimer Square, and overlooking the front garden facing towards the city. The Alexandra Suite has a Queen size bed, and the ensuite has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. Latimer Suite The Latimer Suite has a fabulous view overlooking Latimer Square - with a spacious outdoor balcony, complete with seagrass furniture. It has a Queen size bed, and access to luxury bathroom, complete with double ended tub bath with shower head, and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Edward Suite The Edward Suite is a classic Edwardian room that overlooks ground floor courtyard and garden. It has a Queen size bed, and a spacious ensuite with tiled floor and underfloor heating. Our luxury accommodation on the first floor enables the bridal party to prepare in a leisurely fashion for the Wedding ceremony. If required the Wedding ceremony may be held onsite or elsewhere. We pride ourselves on our reputation and offer outstanding food and exceptional service. Your host Sharon is our Wedding Coordinator and will help turn your dreams into reality. She will tailor a package to suit your needs. Beaufort House is ideal for seminars, presentations, and breakfast meetings, and our elegant dining and function room is able to set up with theatre-style seating, boardroom table or a more casual layout on request.
