Welcome to Catlins Beach House, in Curio Bay. Catlins Beach House is situated in an absolute beach front location in the heart of The Catlins on the Southern Scenic Route. It offers a relaxed atmosphere with amazing beach views set in one of the most unique environments that Southland has to offer.
Whether you are looking for a leisurely beach walk, a swim with the dolphins or to relax by the fire with a glass of wine, Catlins Beach House is the perfect base for your Catlins experience.
This fully self-contained house may be rented by the room, the bed or the complete house for a relaxing getaway.
Facilities include:
Large fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and microwave.
Comfortable and warm open plan lounge and dining area with free-standing log fire. Includes dining table for 6 and 2 two-seater couches. Stereo and reading material supplied. This room opens onto a verandah to the large lawn and beach.
3 bedrooms: queen bed with ensuite, slding door to verandah overlooking the beach and coast; one queen room with shared bathroom; 5 bunk bed shared dorm room.
