The Opua House Bay of Islands luxury house is located just five minutes from the Opua Marina with its General Store, restaurant, yacht club or five minutes drive from Paihia which offers a range of cafes and restaurants.
* Bay of Islands Food & Wine, Beauty, and Sailing Getaway: There are also a range of packages available, total bliss, honeymoon, gourmet escape, totally organic, sailing escape, fishing getaway and corporate incentive.
* Continental Breakfast, supplies replenished every third day with servicing.
* Complementary Northland Wine & Foods on arrival includes: Locally handmade Makana Chocolate, Mahoe cheese, Okahu Estate Wine, Living Nature toiletries and seasonal fruits.
* Housekeeping every third day is included in the price while daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per day.

Rates are per night for exclusive use of The Opua House. GST inclusive. A minimum of 2 nights per stay is required.
Tariff for groups of six
- 1 May 2007 - 30 April 2008 per night NZD $1000
- 5 or more nights per night NZD $800
Tariff for couples
- 2 persons per night NZD $600
- 4 persons per night NZD $800
Terms and Conditions:
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is to be paid upon arrival. Cancellation policies due to exclusive single party occupancy of the property: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the total booking.
