Harbour House Villa is located on a promontory overlooking the Bay of Islands and the picturesque Opua marina nestled between twin Norfolk Pines, with incredible panoramic views in several directions. Private and secluded with a beautiful garden setting and a short bush walk to the beach.

You can watch the occasional cruise ship anchor in the bay and observe overseas sailing yachts making first landfall after a blue water passage.

Exit Harbour House Villa via the garden and take a short bush-walk down a path to the beach. A fifteen minute walk along a coastal path takes you to the Opua wharf where you can charter a boat enjoy a day sailing or game fishing.

Guest Accommodation

Harbour House Villa offers Luxury Bed and Breakfast rooms and One & Two Bedroom Suites. All rooms have panoramic waterviews.

Luxury Bed & Breakfast Rooms - The room has either a king size bed or a queen and single bed. Both have a deluxe tiled ensuite bathroom with heated towel bar, heater and hair dryer. Large windows with ever-changing panoramic views of water, sky, garden and bush.

Next to these 2 x B&B Rooms, there is a spacious lounge, full kitchen with complimentary tea/coffee & snacks, and large viewing deck with BBQ which will be shared by B&B Room guests.

One Bedroom Suite - Spacious bedroom with NZ super king size bed and single bed. Deluxe bathroom with heated towel bar, heater and hair dryer. Separate lounge with TV, dining table and chairs, Lazy Boy chair and comfortable fold down couch that can accommodate an extra guest. Modern full kitchen with complimentary tea/coffee & snacks. Private viewing deck with BBQ and breathtaking views of water, bays, Opua wharf and the marina.
Two Bedroom Suite - Bedroom one has a NZ king size bed with a deluxe ensuite shower. Bedroom two has a queen and single bed with a deluxe ensuite tub with shower. Separate lounge (that can sleep4) with two single beds, sofa, Lazy Boy chairs, TV, dining table and chairs. Full kitchen with complimentary tea/coffee & snacks. Large sunny viewing deck with BBQ and the Best views of the Bay of Islands!

Breakfast is served at the time you request. Choice of continental or cooked Kiwi or Japanese breakfast will be served in our dining area or on our viewing deck. Suites can also request a self-serve breakfast that will be provided in your suite.
