Situated on a tree lined street in Ponsonby, Auckland, 23 Hepburn offers elegant and gracious accommodation which is delightfully comfortable - but not formal and rigid. It says 'welcome, relax and put your feet up and enjoy a coffee or a glass of red'.
23 Hepburn is just two minutes walk from vibrant and popular Ponsonby Road with its cafes, restaurants and boutiques and a five minute drive from Auckland's central business district and waterfront.
The three boutique rooms with their gorgeous leadlight windows and polished wooden floors are exceptionally spacious and light filled and the décor is quiet and peaceful. The superking beds are comfy and the linen is white and crisp.
The boutique bed and breakfast forms part of Beth Mackay's heritage 1920s home. The rooms are situated at the front of the house while Beth and her 2 year old boxer dog, Finn, live in the rear. The guest rooms are separated from the rear of the house by double french doors and guests' privacy is totally respected.
